2022 is a year of growth for Worldpack. The opening of our new warehouse and our staff expansion to support our Service with Guts motto means that we’re welcoming more and more retailers through our doors.

Who’s looking after the essential items you need to keep your store running day-to-day? It’s not uncommon for retailers we work with to have no one in charge of their non-saleable goods. It can cause a bit of a headache when your supplies run low, or you run out, so we take on that responsibility for you. 

Every customer has their own, dedicated Inside Sales and Account Manager so you’ve always got a stable point of contact – we want to get to know your business just as well as you do and if there’s something you need that we don’t have, we’ll find it for you.

Our online ordering portal makes it easy for you to order and re-order regularly so that you stay on top of what you want and get it delivered exactly when you need it. You tell us what you need and we’ll get it to you. And if you need something urgently, we won’t rest until you’ve got it.

And it’s not just the Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) supplies that you normally need that we’re here to help with – carrier bags, coat hangers, toilet roll, soap etc. It can be anything that you need to help your store, online or offline, run smoothly. Got a promo event and need a fridge for your store? No problem, we can get you one - just ask. Over the years we’ve sourced all sorts of weird and wonderful items for our customers – you can read our blog all about them.

Service with guts

Our motto is Service with Guts. And we have stayed committed to this throughout the pandemic and our expansion.

During 2020, we rapidly expanded our product assortment so that our retailers had everything they needed when stores re-opened. We focussed our efforts and within two weeks we were able to offer hand gel, PPE and a whole range of additional store cleaning products to help manage in-store hygiene.

We also saw that a lot of our retailers were using their closed stores as order fulfilment centres rather than using their warehouses. They were able to tell us about that with a few clicks on the online portal or a quick phone call and we diverted their packaging deliveries directly to-store.

When you first come on board with Worldpack, we’ll get down to the nitty gritty of all your GNFR requirements. What is your budget? How much do you need? When do you need it? What might change? Getting a clear picture means that we’re able to give you the service that you deserve and enables us to forecast on your behalf to manage any potential problems, something that is greatly appreciated by our existing customers in the current challenging supply chain situation.

Efficient

We’ve recently expanded to a new warehouse, and it’s double the size of our previous one.  This means that our efficiency and ability to help our customers is the best it has ever been. All our goods not for re-sale products are under one roof, which helps us to expedite your orders a whole lot quicker.

We’ve also expanded the number of picking locations, loading docks and product ranges which allows you to order more without it affecting your lead times.

But it’s not simply our own efficiency that’s boosted by our approach, it’s yours too. Because we deliver when you want us to, you don’t need any storage capacity for your non-saleable goods. We’ll deliver it right on time. You can also scale your orders up or down at any time with our online ordering portal. It’s quick and easy, saving your stock teams valuable time and keeping your in-store running like clockwork.

We can even sync our online ordering portal with your purchasing and finance systems so that everything you order is tracked and reported without you needing to do anything else. 

 

Sustainable

Sustainability is increasingly important to us as a business. We’re always working hard to increase our sustainable options and to be transparent about our supply chain. We’re also expanding our product ranges to include more recycled plastics, materials and FSC papers to help us make positive steps towards reducing our impact on the planet.
